Fruitwise Privacy Policy

Fruitwise is a puzzle game published by X127. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Fruitwise.

Information we collect

Fruitwise does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, camera, or payment information.

Your game progress, hints, lives, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this gameplay information.

Advertising

Fruitwise may offer optional rewarded advertisements, for example to award hints or a heart. If advertising is enabled, the advertising provider may collect or use device and online identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad interaction information, and related technical information to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising.

Advertising is optional: you can continue playing Fruitwise without watching a rewarded advertisement. We do not sell personal information.

Where Google advertising services are used, Google’s privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and users can manage advertising choices through their device settings and Google’s My Ad Center.

How information is used

Local game data is used only to provide game features, including saving progress, restoring lives over time, applying settings, and keeping track of hints. Advertising-related information, if collected by an advertising provider, is used according to that provider’s policy to provide and measure rewarded ads and help prevent fraud.

Children

Fruitwise is not directed at children under the age at which parental consent is required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address the concern.

Data retention and deletion

Because Fruitwise stores gameplay data locally, you can remove that data by clearing Fruitwise app data in your device settings or uninstalling the app. Advertising providers retain any information they collect according to their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Fruitwise changes, including if we add services or features that change how information is handled. The updated version will be posted at this address with a revised “Last updated” date.
